Is there a minimum order size?
We believe that flexibility is key to meeting the nees of our customers which is why at Valleywood Pallets, we do not have a minimum order size.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery of full truckload quantities within our service area is typically included free of charge. Less than full truckload quantities and/or delivery outside of our regular service area may incur delivery charges.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by check, ACH and major credit card, though credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.
What are your hours of operation?
Our plant operates from 6am to 2pm, Monday through Friday. Our corporate office and customer service teams are available from 7am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
What areas do you serve?
Based in Baltimore, we serve businesses in MD, DE, WV and portions of PA and VA.
Can I set up a routine purchase and delivery?
Yes. We operate our own fleet of trucks and trailers and are happy to schedule routine deliveries and/or pickups at whatever interval you require.
What size pallets do you offer?
We offer pallets of any size but our most common, always in stock pallets are standard 48x40's and other popular sizes like 9-blocks, 36x36, and others.
What are the different grades of reconditioned pallets you offer?
We offer two grades of reconditioned wood pallets, Grade A and Grade B. We also build new life pallets and combination pallets used recycled boards and/or stringers.
Do you offer any types of pallets other than wood?
We have a limited amount of used plastic pallets in stock at any given time and do not sell new plastic pallets. Please contact us for more information.
Do you buy wood pallets?
Yes, as a pallet recycler, we buy large quantities of used and lightly damaged pallets. We are happy to work with customers, commercial partners, and local entrepreneurs. Pricing is driven by local market conditions. Please contact us for more information.
Do you pay cash for used pallets?
We do not offer cash for used pallets. All pallet buy backs will receive payment via check or ACH.
Do you sell or buyback CHEP pallets?
No, CHEP pallets can not be purchased or re-sold. As we accumulate CHEP pallets, we work with CHEP's Asset Recovery team to return them to their closed-loop system.
